For digital products and templates, refunds are available within 30 days of purchase if the product does not function as described or if you encounter technical issues that our support team cannot resolve.
Customized templates or services that have been delivered according to your specifications may not be eligible for a full refund, as these are created specifically for your needs.
2. Refund Process

All refund requests will be reviewed within 3 business days. We may ask for additional information or documentation to process your request.
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Depending on your financial institution, refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear in your account.
3. Subscription Cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard. Cancelling a subscription prevents future billing but does not automatically generate a refund for the current billing period.
For monthly subscriptions, we generally do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the current billing cycle.
For annual subscriptions, we may provide a prorated refund for the unused portion if requested within 30 days of the renewal date.
4. Non-Refundable Items
